DANIEL GUTIERREZ, ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Daniel Gutierrez Jr. was born in Illinois and raised in Edinburg, Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. In 2020, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with minors in Criminal Justice and Business Administration, from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Thereafter, he went on to earn his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

During law school, Daniel worked as a law clerk for The Law Office of Todd W. Taylor, PLLC, where he gained experience in real estate and property matters, including drafting deeds, foreclosure notices, eviction petitions, and documents related to quiet title actions.

After passing the July 2025 bar exam, Daniel worked as a personal injury attorney before joining Mazurek, Belden & Burke, P.C. as an Associate Attorney, where his practice focuses on oil and gas title examination.

 In his spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the Texas Hill Country.
