BIO: 
Nikki was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. She attended Sam Houston State University, where she received a B.A. and M.A. in History. Nikki then attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she received her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2021. Nikki works on oil and gas legal advising, title examination, and renewable energy advising.  

In her free time, Nikki enjoys reading, cooking and walking her dogs, Jax & Lua. During football season, Nikki and her husband John can often be found in New Orleans, attending the Saints home games.
