We were referred to this firm by our realtor. We were the victims of a scam artist here in San Antonio claiming to be a custom home builder. From the first phone call, we knew that Austin Navarro was a God send. He called us the Friday before Christmas and listened to and allowed us to vent while we told him our entire story. Austin never rushed us and allowed us to unload all the drama we had been going through with the "builder”. Austin was confident from the beginning that we were going to be ok. He never made promises that he didn't keep. Austin treated our case like we were family, he never gave up and he never stopped fighting for us. He was patient, professional and never acted as though we were a bother. When Austin arrived at our mediation, he came for battle. This builder has scammed a lot of innocent people in this area. He is notorious for trying to play the long game - he attempts to drag everything out until the victim runs out of money. That strategy didn't work with Austin. Austin stayed on him and his lawyer constantly. Austin was truly fighting for us the entire time. When we were stressed and ready to give up, Austin stayed positive and never failed us. Did I mention Austin was our 2nd lawyer, the first guy (another firm) just took our money and did nothing. That guy was basically manhandled by the builder’s lawyer. Austin on the other hand took our case very seriously from the first day. I have recommended Austin to all the other victims of the scam builder. (Hopefully Texas will eventually go after this guy criminally) but in the meantime- I am quite certain he never wants to hear the name Austin Navarro again.   I would HIGHLY recommend Austin to anyone that needs a professional, strategic, thorough, caring and INCREDIBLE lawyer in their corner.

I have been working with Attorney Austin Navarro on wills, property deeds, trusts, etc. for my immediate family. I was a little nervous about getting started, not knowing much about these issues, but I immediately felt at ease working with this firm. No question was too trivial or too difficult and all was explained knowledgeably, clearly and professionally.  I never felt rushed and the office and staff were all very approachable. I was comfortable enough to take my elderly parents in to get their legal matters in order knowing they would be treated with respect and with patience. I did some shopping around on fees and costs, this firm had great rates and the service I received was priceless. I would recommend Mr. Navarro and his firm to anyone looking for quality, caring, and reasonable legal assistance.
